Tracking device removal fee

I am absolutely appalled and disgusted to say the least. My vehicle was written off by my insurance and is now standing at SMD, I called Cartrack to let them know that my car was written off and I would like to know what I should do with my current contract with the establishment. I was advised that it would either I take out the current device from my written off vehicle or I cancel my current contract, I chose the removal of my current device to a new vehicle, at the time I called no one told me about a removal/ labor fee and today I called again as I have the correct location of my vehicle and I wanted to update Cartrack about that, now I am being told there is a labor fee of R870 payable on the removal of the device. So, What I would like to know is why can't you install a new device on my new vehicle and still continue with my current contact, cause I find it ridiculous that I now have to pay extra for something totally unbudgeted for, and why am I being told of this now? I have been calling and no one mentioned anything to me regarding the labor fee when I first called your company, so I find it ridiculous and infact you are just conning us.
