Tracking device of horror

The tracking device has been triggering Power Event alerts even though i didn't set up the Car-watch. Even if the Car-watch is switch on, i still receive alerts, so i called for assistance and requested a technician to come and check the device, The service consultancy will make appointments for the Technician to come out. The booked date arrived, but the Technician didn't show up, and i didn't receive any calls or notification of delays. I had to call them back to find out why he didn't show up. A second appointment was booked, and guess what? He didn't show up again. I didn't get notified of anything, When i call am told there can't get hold of the technician i will be called make another appointment which will be the 3rd one. Really Poor Poor service.
