Tracking device not working, no communication

Tracker device still not working,4 days later, I'm still waiting for them to send someone to come fix it/change it. No communication from them, i am the one to constantly call and follow up and be transferred from one agent to the next. They are quick to take your money but you don't get the service you pay for. if you are too good for my money I would rather take my money else where. Because its clear that you are struggling to give me the service i paid for. Your communication skills are the pits.
