Tracking device installed

Pathetic, useless and disorganized! I called in on the 19th and did my application. Still today nobody has came to install the tracking device, when I call in they keep transferring me. Nobody has an answer or they just say they will call me back. Today marks a week and month end they will start debiting my account. Their service is beyond poor, unprofessional. They may as well close down.
