tracking device installation

<p>I traded in my citroen DS4 in december 2016 on the 6th for my cuirrent BMW 320i F30 which still doesnt have a tracking device, I notified cartrack and a consultant by the name of : Gabriel Malaudzi called me and took all the details of my new car and said they will remove the old tracker and put it in my new car at a cost of R800+ which I made arrangements that they deduct it in two instalments, that is january and february.</p> <p>Good morning</p> <p>On our last conversation you placed me on hold till was cut off and never came back to me, I still don't have a tracker on my car though you deducted my premium friday.</p> <p>Car is parked at : Unit 50, Fairway view townhouses, St Andrews Street, Pollak park, ext5. Till the 3rd of January 2017 when I go back to work at "Matus no:11/21 Andrea Road, Reuven,Booysens 2091.</p> <p>Attached is my vin/engine and registration number.</p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Promise Radebe</p> <p>RADE00836</p> <p>They deducted my monthly premium february and this fisrt R400 though tracker still not installed, I notified them but was placed on hold for about 30min till got cut off several times I contact them. I went to my bank and reversed the amount as to date I still dont have tracker yet they call me midnight that my citroen is sending error signals of low battery charge.
