tracking device fell off and got stuck on car pedals

I want carrack to come and collect their tracking unit and cancel my contract with them. the ****** tracking device, which is in my possession as we speak, fell from the inside of the dashboard and got wedged between the pedals. initially I thought it was the accelarator cable that snapped but to my surprise I found I black box which I immediately concluded that it must be the tracking device. the workmanship from this company has but been shocking. from failing turn signals after the installation to the unit unmounting itself? wow! I'm lost for words
