I would like to share an experience I had with Cartrack, I bought a car in 2019 and my insurance referred me to Cartrack for a tracking device, when I got there nothing was explained to me, they took my car and have the device installed and I started paying the monthly premium, the problem started when my car was involved in an accident and it was a write off, my nightmare began. I was harassed everyday saying I am owing them, I kept on explaining what happened but it fell on to deaf ears, I then bought another car had another tracking device fitted, they then forced me to also take the one from my old car have it fitted also. As if that was not enough they said I must cancel the contract and I agreed and we made payment arrangement and they were fine with it, but now my problem is that every month after making payment I would get a call asking me about my next payment as if its some clothing account. I would never recommend my friends or family to Cartrack I was harassed threatened. I will never take my car to them never
