Tracking device draining battery

I phoned them last week Tuesday to tell them that the tracking device is draining my car battery which was diagnosed by Mercedes dealership. On Friday technician came out to have a look and said he repaired the unit. They was no repair done the unit is now worst then before. On Saturday i get power event notification 3am in the morning. Today i got power event notification again at 9:40pm.
