Tracking device

I have been trying to get hold of cartrack for the past 2 days with no success. I wanted to test my tracking device if it still works. Their calls keeps on getting cut off. I am disappointed and surely changing mine after the contract ends. Been trying to email no one actually cares. No value for money and the question I ask if my car is actually safe with them?
