Tracker Unit Wires Exposed 48 Hours After Install
Wife had tracker fitted by yourselves last week Monday. 2 days later, a panel on the passenger side falls off and there are a bunch of wires exposed, presumably leading to the \hidden\" device.

Phoned in to report it on Wednesday and repair ASAP. Promised to phone back. No one phoned back. Phoned in again on Friday. Promised to phone back. No one phoned back. Cape Town Branch phones unanswered the entire Saturday. Call center promised they would phone back. No one phoned back.

Is it too much for us to insist this problem is resolved on Monday? Else we will cancel the contract and take our business elsewhere, with no intention of paying any cancellation fees as you are seemingly incapable of installation, servicing and communication. As it stands, you will not see another cent from us until such time that this problem is resolved - it is easy to put stop orders on one's account through electronic banking channels. You will also be held liable if the car gets ******.

I would urge someone to phone me my wife back urgently, or we will be cancelling. I wish I had read this page before we signed up - I urge anyone reading this to STAY AWAY FROM CARTRACK."
Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns and affording us the opportunity to address this issue.
The Cape Town Branch contacted you in order to resolve.
Kind regards,
Minette van Dalen
