Tracker unit was fitted beginiing of the year when I had purchased the car, since then already had the unit replaced due to it not picking up the location of the car, still having continuous issues with disarming car watch or arming car watch. Car is driven by my wife 99% of the time and it was requested that she has permission to talk to the agents yet we still have an issue if the tracker gets triggered. Really disappointed in the service and looking to end my contract and move to another service provider
