tracker repairs not done

My Tracker needs repairs and Durban branch called to schedule an appointment for last Thursday (21.01.2016) of which i waited and no one came to repair and not even a call to advise what was the matter<br> I called the next morning and I was advise that the Technician couldn't come because he was afraid of the area I stay in ( I find it very unprofessional) and they made an appointment for Yesterday at 12h30 , I received a call 15 minutes before 12h30 to be told that there won't be able to send the technician because he did not come to work , I do not understand how come a big company has 1 technician .<br> <br> I called again this morning and they tell me they have technician working in the area he will be coming and if I called the number they gave its not going through <br> <br> this company is so unproffesional I would not recommend it to anyone
