Tracker poor service

I had a terrible esperince with cartrack since May 2023. I reported it that it was not functioning and I spent 40 minutes in the call explaining the problem. Later it was completely disconnected by them. They are refusing to stop the debit order and have cost me R150 bank charges since then. I regret having to deal with tracker as they mislead me saying I have a contract with them yet it is a point of sale recording. Ayanda Mlahlekwa from the accounts department was so rude
