Tracker not sticking to it's side of the contract

I've installed my cartracker a week ago. Today my car had a mechanical function which resulted in my battery being off and I did not receive an sms nor any sort of notification regarding that the tracker is off. Which makes me wonder why you are not sticking to your end of the contract and what would happen if my car was to be ******. I would really appreciate it if I would be contacted regarding this matter
