Tracker installation

I have never been so disappointed… I Have app**** for tracker on 10 tracks and cameras each truck to have 5 cameras.. I explained to Tai***** Swartz that the trucks are going to Mozambique on Friday, she tried doing the arrangements that that the trackers are installed before Sunday as we had discussed! On Thursday they booked a technician with wrong equipment and came back to say that we cancelled the installation, I called Friday the whole day being sent from pillar to post… iv been saying that the cameras can be installed when the trucks are back it’s fine but I don’t want the trucks to go to Mozambique without trackers.. the lady called me in the morning with an attitude, I spent the whole day trying to make sure that the trucks have tracker… I’m still waiting!!! Trucks are leaving on Sunday… this is the worst service ever now I’m being told that there is loadshedding people are gone home what ******* is that
