Tracker drained battery. False service claim

Tracker unit drained the battery so badly that I had to replace the battery. That was 2 weeks ago. Still waiting for someone to offer to check the tracker. Not to mention that if the battery is removed it is supposed to trigger the tracker alarm. Also still waiting for that contact to be made. Horrific service. I want the device removed from my vehicle and the contract cancelled.
