Track your communication like you claim to track assets.

Spoke to an agent on the 28 August 2023 to try and cancel my contract since I have sold the vehicle and without replacing it with another one. No further communication like acknowledgent of my request and processes to follow. I sent a follow up email on on the 29 August 2023 and have not received any feedback. This is concerning because how Im I supposed to trust you with quick tracking response in an event something happens to my Car/Wifes car when you failing to respond to a simple thing like an email or telephone query?
