Totaly rubish poor service

Fine, Innocentia Baloyi did her job 100%,there comes the next people whom she transfered to, the roadside assistance desk, what a **** poor service keeping me waiting from 14h30 up until 16h10, after caling again they tel me they have a line,they are working according to line yoh yoh yoh, i had to ask my mechanic wat i can do to make my car move by force as i cnr wait anylonher, he teached me a trick and i drove with one gear til home i called them to cancel whoeva towing truck they are bringing only for another consultant to call again notifying me i have to pay extra cz the tow truck if far i told them cancel im moving, totaly *******
