Totally non-existent service!

Cartrack have been utterly useless in solving my issues. I moved my unit from 1 bike to another, the technicians on both the removal and installation didn't put the bike panels back together properly after I specifically asked them to double check. Once the unit was moved to the new bike, it stopped working the following day. I eventually got hold of someone on their whatsapp line who tested and found the unit faulty and promised for someone to call me to repair the unit free of charge. 9 days later and I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me after trying their whatsapp line and 5 phone calls, being shifted from department to department and getting cut off every time.

I am now paying for a service/device that is non-functional and my vehicle is at risk and not covered at all. Heaven forbid I should ever need to contact them to track my vehicle, maybe they would respond a few weeks later.....

I have also sent multiple e-mails with ZERO response from anyone at Cartrack.

I would advise anyone to stay far away from this company due to total lack of service and the fact that it's almost impossible to get hold of anyone once something goes wrong.
