My vehicle was a write off early Jan 2022 I paid deinstallation fee and gave them the address to deinstall the unit from where the vehicle was at auction Nation, I had also communicated that as soon as I get a new vehicle I will call for the unit to be installed and I still continued paying the monthly installment. Monday the 25 July 2022 I called to schedule for the unit to be installed I'm being told about hard lock fee which is R650. My complain is that how is it my fault that somebody failed to deinstall or arrange for deinstallation, how do I pay a fee when it's your employees who have failed to do their job. Bcs a communication was made that the vehicle is at auction nation. They had waited until the vehicle was sold just so I can be held responsible. I paid for deinstallation. I was not even informed about the fee up until now that I'm trying to schedule for fitting. You consultants are refusing me to speak to their team leader. Every day I'm being told that the matter will be escalated. No one went to deinstall now I'm still paying and I have a vehicle without a tracker. Why am I pailying for what I don't have
