Total disregard of business practices.

After a long period of complaints for the last month. There has been little to no communication from Car track.

Complaints:

1. Car track technician did the wrong wiring and deactivated central locking. After wrong wiring we as the clients had to take the car back to the car dealership, after waiting 24hrs. We had to call CARTRACK's technical department to fix the problem that they have created.

2. After the technician went back to fix the mistake at the dealership, the wires were left fully exposed running down the doors. Plastic covers were not out back into place. Poor service.

3. Laid 3 complaints of unprofessional conduct with client services, waited a week for a call back, This Saturday on the 10/08/2024 @ 08:00 approximately 8 days later we cancelled the service as well as a lodged a grievance again against sales representative for the fourth time. Nothing has been done. It was said that "there is no complaints department" this was said from the line manager on the call during our call this morning. Line was dropped and no further contact was made today at 10:30- 10:40.

4. Failure of voice recording request, After request of voice recording due to a grievance, a voice recording of unprofessional behaviour was not provided writing 48 hrs business hours. It seems like these companies can do what they want and treat clients as they wish with absolutely no consequences.

Conclusion:

An absolute disregard of (TCF) - (Treating Clients Fairly) and an absolute and complete undermining of client's rights with no disciplinary action after complaints were laid.
