Took me 3 months to down grade my package,wa ssend fron department to department. After 20 calls taken onlyone lady could assist me. That took 5mins. The only company rhat does not wsnt to communicate to me via email. Worst and client service i ever recieved also without my cinsent gave my details to life insurance department
