Too much different information from the staff. Dont take my cancellation.

Cancelled my deal with them in December 2024 but they continue to try and debit money from my account and insist on calling me 7 times a day no matter how many times I explain the same thing over and over again. This is really upsetting because they are messing up my credit record yet I made the phone call to have it cancelled. They all have different information and no procedure is the same as the other.
