Today 25/12/2024, at around 8am, I had forgotten to deactivate my Carwatch on my app. Immediately after starting my car, Cartrack called me without any delay. I missed their automated call. Then I immediately received another call from Neo Tau. She checked if I was okay and my car also. She further asked me security questions to verify if indeed it was myself. She is so professional and does her job with excellence. Cartrack never disappointed me since 2021 even recently. I recommend Carwatch option for all the car owners. I further would love to recommend "Start Prevent" option to keep the car locked till the owner returns to start it himself/herself.
