Thuli was extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly throughout the entire interaction. While I was placed on hold waiting to be assisted by a Telehealth Consultant, she went above and beyond by checking in with me every few minutes, providing updates and making sure that I was still on the line. Her patience, professionalism, and caring manner made what could have been a frustrating waiting experience much more pleasant. It is clear that Thuli takes pride in assisting customers and ensuring that they feel valued. I rate her service very highly and believe she is a great asset to Affinity Health.
