To be honest, it doesn't deserve the 1star. Poor service delivery . No call communications when my car battery was disconnected for consecutive 8 days. Maintenance to be done on the device waiting period for they don't have technicians available like forever, and this is an emergency what if I was a woman whom suppose to disconnect the battery every night and connect it every early mornings as I was told by the car dealership it's they device unit that's draining my battery as it is older then 3years and needs either repairs or replacement. This is so sad and poor service for such a big company what a disappointment I'm busy canceling my account with them I'm sure there are some other reliable tracker companies who will deliver better services 😢
