To be hijacked on gun point is traumatic; and to be treated the way did is horrible.

I bought a vehicle (TOYOTA Hilux 2.8 GD Legend- 2019 model) in 2019. I had a car tracking cover on it from the 5/ 12/ 2019. The cover had a warranty of R150 000- 00 on non- recovery of a lost vehicle. I was hijacked on the 25/ 11/ 2020; to date the vehicle is not revered. I claimed my warranty on the 28/ 01/ 2021; only to be told that I could not be paid as the claim was late. I was supposed to claim before the 25 December 2020; on the other hand they are still looking for the vehicle.
