My name is Tladi Mokgomane Tseke. In 2018, I had an account with Cartrack for my cars. As time went by, the payment was heavy for me. I decided to cancel the contract. On the 28 May 2020, I was called by someone in the surname of Chivambo from Cartract who demanded me to pay the due for my contract. I told Chivambo that I would like to cancel the contract. However, I was told to pay a huge amount of money for cancellation. Immediately, I requested a recorded conversation where I was recorded, as we usually told that our conversations are recorded for quality purposes, to agree to pay the amount for cancellation. I was promised to get the conversation. Even today, I have never receive anything from them to that effect except the call to inform me that your account is in arrears. They are saying I am owing them R10326. 00, which is too much for me. They suspended my contract and thus I am not paying. Most recently, I received a message that I must be aware of IMMINENT BLACKLISTING. Surprisingly, my account with them was suspended and cancelled.

I would like to request Cartrack to stop calling me and/or sending me message that are calling me to pay the due because my cars are no longer under their watch.
