Tilted Camera in the Vehicle and the positioning does not accommodate my height.

I didn't want to go this route, however if this is the only way I can be heard, then I'll have to go ahead and tell my story.

I have since had a good experience with this FSP cartrack, however I recently bought a car and had both the tracking device and Camera fitment installed in it during my absence. I was working the day they came.

On my return from work, I have realized the camera was tilted and being a tall man, it cuts my head the way it is installed until I have to adjust my drivers sit and when I do, I can't see clearly on the road.

I brought this matter twice to their attention and 1st attempt they responded by saying it is properly fitted, I'm the driver of the vehicle and they don't know what I'm going through, you can easily see it is not even straight, however they insist it is properly fitted.

Second attempt, they sent email to technicians and up to today a week and a couple of days, I'm am still waiting. I don't know if they will assist or not at this point.

I need help to be serviced as a customer, these devices are not free, I pay to have them in the vehicle. Please help.
