Threats to have me black listed

I am worried that your system is not 100% functional. There are no communication in your company. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I have been in constant contact with Bomolemo Ditshetelo I received a disgusting SMS from Sharon Bereta and not even to mention the email from Donald Mahlangu. They claim they have been trying to contact me on many occasions. Yesterday was the first day I received anything from you. Anyway, if your system was working and notes were made Donald and Sharon would have noted that the debit order for the guarantee will be going off 26 August. My normal subscription have been paid every month!!!!

What troubles me; if someone takes the additional guarantee and does not pay; why do you black list them? why not cancel the policy? I was told if I do not pay the additional guarantee asap I will be black listed by 28 August 2017. Ohh wait Donald also stated that I am handed over to your attorneys.....

I just love how you treat your clients that have been with you for some time.

Seriously!!!!! Upgrade your system and send your staff on customer care training!!!!!
