Threats from Cartracker

I installed a new tracking device on my new vehicle GWM P*** model in January. I was advised that my invoice is R325, 26, which I paid on 27/02/2026. Thereafter, I continued to pay my R140 monthly subscriptions but now I'm told my account is in arrears as R325, 26 don't reflect on their side. Their consultant sent me SMS with a link to make the payment, which I did and it also went off my FNB account successfully. Now the make all sorts of threats as they cannot find the payment. My responsibility was to pay and their responsibility is to find the payment
