Threatened with law suits and being blacklisted

Threatened with being blacklisted and issue court orders for canceling cartrack on a car I don't have anymore? Why would I pay for a car I don't have anymore? I cannot afford to pay every month for a devise that's on a car that has been sold in February 2022. For cartrack to insist on me paying the R2,800.00 to cancel it and on top of it keep debiting large amounts without my consent. Who pays for car insurance when you don't have a car anymore. Cartrack is just a money making scheme. My husband requested a statement as they insist we in arrears from 2021. The statement shows a balance of R24.00. Twice in the past month my account has been debited first R850 as a one amount without my knowledge then this month R650 without my consent. In this time and age who has money just to donate to companies. It makes no sense. There is no signed contract that you receive. Surely if you don't pay they discontinue their services as with an insurance policy, medical aid, funeral policy etc etc. But when you tell them telephonically the car is sold they disregard that and then months afterwards send you a form to complete and agree to pay R2800. They send you threatening messages with court orders. Now we sitting short last month and this month for them just debiting such large amounts without my consent. This company should be stopped and I will tell everyone not to install cartrack. They don't give you paperwork to sign up and then just want to insist on you signing paperwork and paying a penalty fee to cancel.
