THREAT FROM CARTRACK

<p>IN 2016 January ,i have called Catrack to notified them that am selling my car which i should be advised with the type of the contract that am ahving as my contract was build from someaone that i have a car.I was advised that i will be receiving confirmation which was not received .Early February 2016,I received a call from William telling that am owing i should pay my account and i have advised him why should i pay while i dont have a car ,i was advised that i should do it writting which i did .In March,I received an email confirming that my account has been cancelled .Yesterday i received an email threating me that i should made sure that am paying my account as i have contract with Catrack.Firstly the contract was opended by the person that i bought car from her and now am threaten my Cartrack that they will take me to list me on credit record as am failing to pay them.</p> <p>In 2014,my Father in Law his car was ****** when we report the matter we have been taken up and down without assistance util we report the matter to Police Station .In 2015 ,My Brother his car was ****** Catrack too him ups and downs with helping until the Etoll assist with locating the car.</p> <p>The offering poor services and also threating clients .I dont like to be threat by Companies that does not understand their dueties or hire people whom not fulfiling the services.</p> <p>Lastly ,I dont have the car which i get suppriesed as on the threat email say ,my inssurance will be notified.And if read propaly on their papers its saying if you do not make apyment ,the services will automatically be suspended .</p> <p> </p>
