This particular gentleman, Simpiwe Ncgobo,he did what others,about 9,call center agents failed to do. I was phoned more than 9 times on different months and weeks from February to be reminded about the debt to cartrack,then I would relate my story as to why I won't pay then it would end there,but coming to Mr Ncgobo,it didn't end there,he promised to ascalate my problem and indeed he did,his Seniors contacted me and my problem is in the process of being solved. This to me is going beyond your job description and taking initiative, he made my day,such people are rare ,cartrack must keep him whatever it takes
