This morning we had an incident which led to Cartrack contacting us immediately! I was so surprised when they called as it wasn't even an emergency. Then this afternoon I called for them to test the unit and I got a friendly helpful lady ensuring my unit is working! Thank you Cartrack if this is the service in a non emergency....imagine how great it will be in an emergency!
