My tracking unit keeps giving information thats incorrect.

And for the worst on the 4th and 5th of June 2022, I do not know where my vehicle is and all I get is "this is procedure".

Tracker gave me 3 incorrect locations when I called the call centre of which I drove there and didn't find my cat.

I was then excalated to recovery after 4 hours and recieved 2 calls to inform me my vehicle cannot be pinned.

One of the agents when I got frustrated started referring to me with a name I didn't even give to her, rudely telling me this is the service cartrack gives and there's nothing they can do.

I would like car track to cancel my contract as they can not retrieve my car.

Sitting with no car as we speak. It can't be tracked. Yet no call from so called service provider.
