Cartrack tells me to do a change of ownership from the previous owner of the vehicle if I want to install my new tracking unit. How must I get hold of the previous owner? It is not my problem if the previous owner had Cartrack in. Anyway, POPI Act issue if I give any of his details to Cartrack.
