they've burn wires in my car

Last year 27 October they've install a tracking device in my after that some of my electronics did not funtion like AUX,Wire for the tow bar and my hooter. I gave them a call telling them of my problem. They said they will send someone to sort it out till today i'm still waiting. But they have a nerve to call me today selling me another product of theirs.
