They were supposed to install a device yesterday between 9:00-16:00 and no technician came to install

They were supposed to install a device yesterday between 9:00-16:00 and no technician came to install. I called numerous times to confirm and they kept saying it’s ons the list for the day someone will come. After 16:00 I called and they said there’s no technician available and that they booked a specific technician that will be here at 8:00 16 November. No technician came to do the installation. Called them, according to the them no technician was booked to come out. But they send numerous sms’s and emails to confirm address. Absolute no joy from them to try and sort this out. As now there’s no technician available to do the installation
