They told me that if I pay on the 25th September 2025 i qualify for a 40% discount i will pay R690 ,they even sent a link then i paid R690 through the link and I arranged that they will debut R184,90 on the 25th of October, they debuted on the 30th of September without my approval now I am getting messages that I owe them R369 and there's a penalty of R59 for debut orders,I would like to report them to Ombuds,I am fed up,my monthly premium is R184,90.
