They send a debit heck mandate to my bank without authorization even before installing a unit on my car, after they failed to honour an appointment to do do an installation on one of my cars
They send a debit heck mandate to my bank without authorization even before installing a unit on my car, after they failed to honour an appointment to do do an installation on one of my cars. Their methods leave a lot to be desired.

31 Mar 2026, 11:51No clarification has since been given, Cartrack has acted *****ulently in contacting my bank with a debit check mandate without my consent or knowledge and it's no wonder they are fined millions by the Consumer Tribunal, I dodged a bullet with this company so customers and potential clients beware. ********* conduct is rife and no consequence management.
