They promise you heaven and Safety but you get Hell and risk

<p>I bought my first car a few weeks ago, and i called cartrack to install a tracker, The lady i spoke to told me that the product i was buying would allow me to go on an application and check where my vehicle is. Post installation i found out that i can't check the position of my vehicle through an application. I requested within my cooling period that i would like to cancel the contract and i was told that the cooling period does'nt apply which is a whole lot of *******. Last night i was at home and i went pn the website to see where my vehicle was, it showed very inaccurate positions while my car was parked in my yard. I asked myself how that would help if my car was ****** because the tracker cant tell you the exact position of your car. I called this morning to ask how my cancellation is going and an agent named vusi asked me to hold then hung up. I called again and they promised again to call back and guess what they havent called. This is not a company that gives you value for money, the service is bad, the products are extremely bad. Please do not use cartrack for the security of your vehicle. </p> <p> </p> <p>My cooling period is now past and i told them within my cooling period that i would like to cancel. Please help me Peter.</p>
