They miss inform you in the beginning!

<p>I was suggested from my insurance agent to buy Cartrack devise for my car as it would pull down my insurance expenses. They have told me that the monthly fee would be fixed for the period of the contract which was not. But as it was a small amount, I just did not follow it up with them. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now, I am requesting for cancellation of my contract and they are asking for something about a thousand rand for cancellation fee? What? R1000.00? For what? why should I pay this much?</p> <p> </p> <p>They’re clever and try to keep their client! Why? This is how they work it out! </p> <p> </p> <p>After I complained, the Cartrack agent offered me to convince the new buyer of my car to get Cartrack for his car, then I would be paying only R 300 to transfer it to his name. This way, they would charge me for R 300.00 and then they will keep charging him for another couple of months.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now after all, it is like a week that they do not reply may emails anymore.</p>
