They might be friendly, but does not go much further than that. How difficult can it be to send me a log book from 1-18 August 2026? The unit was deactivated on the 18th when me vehicle was sold and reinstalled in my new vehicle. Every time they need to request it internally and can take 2 days. Then when I received a log book report, there was no data. Phoned them again to request it again. Now I have a pdf report of 1 - 18 August 2026 for my new vehicle.
