They make empty promises to fix the tracker but never show up when they have made an appointment with me

They make empty promises to fix the tracker but never show up when they have made an appointment with me.This is the third time that I have been neglected and all they say is that the technician has been moved to a project.So you have to phone them, wait long on the phone and then wait for them to get an answer from the technician.The tracking signal was last picked up on 25/12/2025 and today is 22/01/2026.The sad part is that no senior manager has even prioritized my case as I am not a business and own a fleet. I am also paying for the full package for service and replacement on my monthly bill.
