They lie.
They lie, period. And don't be fooled by their advert that when you refer a person they will give you months free. I referred a friend and he joined them almost 6 months ago. No credit whatsoever. I am cancelling my month-to-month contract and will wait for the other to end and cancel. Bye

We supposed to trust you with our assets.
This i am taking it further than this. And this is technically breach of the contract. I have lost my trust on you.
