They lie a lot those ones with no refrence number

It has been 5 days since I am waiting for deinstallation and reinstalling. Mind you the Technician was allocated, she called to reschedule our appointment to next day. Comes the next day she didn’t answer my calls nor communication was done. My old car is at the dealership and it has a buyer😩 I am currently driving a highrisky car that needs an installation and no appointment has been made to this far. I have been calling Cartrack everyday since day 1 and telling me they gonna deinstall but they don’t, they don’t call me nor the dealership. I am so disappointed at this service
