They installed a tracker and makes my car not to start

They installed a tracker and makes my car not to start . I got stuck midnight where I was and I called cartrack. They told me that unfortunately the don't provide any fixing/repair kind of service during the weekends hence i will have to wait for a scheduled appointment , which they don't know when so that a technician will come and inspect. That time I am saying I am stuck and not mobile due to car not starting which IA an emergency on my end and seems not to be a priority on their side.
