They have so lotta *********** technical teams. I've struggled months to have my cartract unit installed on my vehicle Rachael Gp. Firstly it was installed and did not pick up signal for three months after reporting it numerous times they came out repaired it .after this repair then received low battery notices I that the technician used one of live wired that goes dead after five minutes when the car switches of . They came again rectified it and broke my carbihole of my vehicle. Theyve sent another technician out and he fixed the carbihole but messed up my electrical equipment. I've spend R3000 to rectify this after also logged a call notifying cartract of this issue. They just never came back to my then I had to consult a auto electrian to attend to cartract *********** technician fault at my expense. Yes I am not a happy client of cartract.
