They find your car but ***** your money

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM CARTRACK. I had the fleet management service from them which they debited my bank account with R230.70 every month. When I enquired to change the package and the agent sent me the price list, the same package was priced at R229.00 per month. When I enquired why mine was R1.70 more expensive per month the agent (Ashney @ ***) told me that we all have to pay VAT and THAT IT'S ONLY R1.70. She got quite rude quite quickly when I didn't accept her lame explanations for this discrepancy. I ended up cancelling my service with them. I don't mind the R1.70 but I feel their excuses are covering up something darker.
